Currently, TanKeBlue has developed the fifth-generation SiC monocrystlline growth furnace, which is independently researched, developed, designed, and manufactured by our company. The furnace body adopts single chamber vertical double-layer water-cooled stainless steel structure, and the overall structure of the furnace is composed of four control systems including vacuum system, induction heating, pressure control, and lifting control. After continuous upgrades and iterations, the performance of the fifth-generation monocrystlline furnace has successfully reached the same level of performance abroad, with a cost of only 1/4 compared to other countries.
